Plans for 2024
2023 has come to a close yesterday, and 2024 is already in full swing. There have been some good time and some bad times, loads of new developments for Eavitope and Gaze alike to make both worlds more fleshed out and more alive. And this year will continue these strides of creativity going forward, especially since it's coming up on my tenth year on DeviantArt, which I wholeheartedly plan to celebrate. Plans for Gaze: My sci-fi webcomic Gaze is still in active development. It's still in a very, very, very rough draft as of writing this journal, and it isn't likely that it'll start releasing this year. I want to iron out a lot more of the plot as I continue writing and thumbnailing. In the meantime, I hope to submit more art featuring the main protagonists, Avilia and Cyrus to further promote Gaze. Plans for 2023
With 2022 coming to an end, I'll say that this year may have resulted in a lot of content, some better, some worse, but I've fallen into a bit of a trap of producing too many characters/OCs without giving folks much of a chance to know them individually; submit one character one day, not elaborate further and submit the next. I've announced a handful of projects (I.E, a couple of webcomic ideas and the like) and never really fell through with them. For 2023, I plan to make a few changes going forward, and put my focus on a handful of big ideas and projects: Gaze: After much hemming and hawing, I've ultimately decided to make Gaze my main webcomic project for the time being. It'll be a sci-fi space opera of sorts with much of that retrowave/80's cyberpunk aesthetic that you'd see in Katana Zero or Miami Vice, with more inspirations coming from 80's and 90's sci-fi anime like Cowboy Bebop, Akira and Ghost in the Shell.
